DANVILLE, Va. - Andy Lally will record a personal milestone in Saturday's Bosch Engineering 250 at Virginia International Raceway, making his 100th career start in the GRAND-AM Rolex Sports Car Series presented by Crown Royal Cask No. 16.

Lally will co-drive the TRG No. 66 AXA Porsche GT3 with Ted Ballou.

"Making my 100th start is really, really cool," Lally said Tuesday on GRAND-AM Weekly. "Thinking back to my first race in 2000, and now I'm only the second driver - with Darren Law - to reach 100 starts. That's a real honor and privilege to have a job this long. I'm a lucky guy to be in this situation."

Lally finished 15th at VIR a year ago when his TRG Porsche was involved in an incident before he even got to drive.

"The team made a heroic effort to get me out there for 30 minutes in order to score points," Lally said. "That was the most respectable 15th place finish I ever had."
