With an unlimited content opportunity, SpeedWeekly.net includes additional stories and information related to NASCAR and local racing. These stories come from a variety of sources including the Associated Press, NASCAR media, various race teams and tracks.

Distribution:
SpeedWeekly is distributed at various local race tracks for spectators and also in the pits for the drivers and their crews. SpeedWeekly is also distributed to auto racing museums and NASCAR team facilities. SpeedWeekly is sold at convenience stores and by subscription service. SpeedWeekly has a cover price of $1.00 per issue.
Magazine Advertising Specifics:
Deadlines
The deadline for each ad or any ad changes is 5:00 P.M. EST the Friday before the publication date with the exception of Victory Ads. Ads can be changed weekly as long as the new ad reaches SpeedWeekly in an approved manner by the Friday before the publication date. The ad must be approved by the advertiser by the deadline time. Any ad graphics, layout or wording changes made by SpeedWeekly graphics department on behalf the advertiser is subject to a $15.00 charge.
Victory Ads
Victory Ads are an opportunity for your company to congratulate the winner in the upcoming issue of SpeedWeekly. Victory Ads must reach SpeedWeekly and be approved by 2:00 P.M. EST on the Monday of that week’s publication.

Technical Specifications
All ads submitted to SpeedWeekly should be print ready (CMYK, b/W- grayscale or one color-blue*). We prefer that ads are sent as high resolution pdfs or tiffs sized correctly with all fonts embedded. Your files will be pre-flighted as a courtesy for color space errors and corrupted images. Any information, image resolution problems resulting from ads that are not setup in house will be advertiser’s responsibility.
*Single color ads should use a pure process cyan and gradations of that color for resignation and easy separation for the press.

Agency Commission
All ad prices are net, before agency commissions.
Payment Terms
Invoicing is available either weekly or monthly and are due upon receipt. New clients require payment in advance for advertising until credit has been established.
Frequency Discount
Advertisers can qualify for frequency discounts by committing to a specific number of advertisements over a twelve month period. If an advertiser fails to honor the frequency commitment we will invoice the advertiser for the adjusted rate based on the actual number of advertisements.
