Advance, NC - Popular North Carolina late model racer David Latour will be signing autographs as part of the 6th Annual Charlotte Checkers Race Night presented by Hyundai this Friday, January 27th at Time Warner Cable Arena.
Latour, 20, will be sitting alongside several other motorsports personalities including NASCAR Sprint Cup racers David Ragan and Geoff Bodine, SPEED TV Personalities Ray Dunlap and Bob Dillner and Truck Series racer Joey Coulter.
"This will be the third year I've been to Race Night now and my family and I look forward to it every year," said David. "It's always fun to meet the fans and sign some autographs plus you get to watch an awesome hockey team like the Checkers play. We have a great time and we hope all of our fans will come out and have fun with us!"
David is looking forward to making his PASS South Late Model debut this season. He says the family-owned No. 89 is almost done. "We have a little more work to do, but we should be able to test in early February if everything goes according to plan. We've been doing some off-track appearances this winter for Golding Farms Foods and getting our ducks in a row. We're looking forward to the season!"
